What it takes to win here

Year Champion Record PF Sunday Service
2021 Commissioner Wagner 10-4 1,751
2022 49 Pylons (A. Sui) 10-4 1,705
2023 JT's Tight-end (Arrol) 10-4 1,573 8-6, 1,675 PF — 6th (2nd-most points in league)
2024 49 Hauwk Tua's 9-5 1,485 11-3, 1,732 PF — #1 seed , lost in semis, 3rd
2025 Turchyn's Fighting Irish 9-5 1,735 12-2, 1,660 PF — #1 seed , lost in semis, 3rd

The bar: ~7-7 with ~1,550 points makes the playoffs; champions average 9-5 to 10-4 and ~1,650 PF (≈118/week) . But the real lesson is yours: Sunday Service has been the #1 seed two years running and lost in the semifinal both times . You don't need more regular-season floor — you need ceiling in weeks 15-17 : elite weekly difference-makers, RB depth that survives the Dec 2 trade deadline, and QBs who can post 30 in a single playoff week. The 2024 champ won it all with the 9th-most points — a hot playoff roster beats a steady one.

The edges in this scoring system

01 Start two QBs. Always.

The OP slot takes a QB, and QBs tower over everyone: the QB12 projects ~287-297 points in both sources — more than all but a handful of WRs/RBs . The 80-expert superflex consensus ranks QBs 1-2-3-4-5-6 overall. Your league knows it too: 8 QBs went inside the first 27 picks last year. Leave the draft with 3 startable QBs . Rushing QBs get extra juice (6-pt rush TD, 0.1/rush yd vs 4-pt pass TD, 0.04/pass yd).

02 Full PPR = catches over carries

1 pt/reception makes pass-catching RBs (Achane, Gibbs, Cook) and target hogs king. A 90-catch WR starts with a 90-point head start on a 50-catch deep threat. Volume > big plays.

03 K and D/ST are dead — extra FLEX

Last year a D/ST was a required starter and 12 K/D-ST picks were made. This year K and D/ST have zero starting slots — any manager drafting one out of habit is burning a pick. The lineup added a FLEX and a 2nd IR spot: all 15 picks should be QB/RB/WR/TE. Every wasted D/ST pick by your league-mates is a free player for you.

04 Where sources disagree, there's an edge

CBS is far higher than ESPN on London (+59), Pickens (+54), Olave, Mike Evans, Dak, Lawrence, Caleb ; ESPN is higher on rookies/committee RBs ( Carnell Tate +57, J. Love +46, Javonte +45, Hampton +43 ). Split-source players are flagged on the board — buy where the cheap source sets the market price; demand a discount on rookie hype.

Round-by-round plan

Your picks: 10 · 15 · 34 · 39 · 58 · 63 · 82 · 87 · 106 · 111 · 130 · 135 · 154 · 159 · 178

R1 PICK #10 Anchor pick — leave with a Tier-1 piece

You pick behind 9 managers who will take mostly RB/WR studs (only 1 QB went in the top 8 last year, but superflex consensus now has QBs 1-6 — expect 0-2 gone). Take the best of: Allen > a slid top-4 RB/WR > Achane.

Josh Allen SMASH 366 blend · +106 VOR · SF#1
QB · BUF · bye 7 PO ✗

Both sources 362-369 — 47 blended points clear of QB2. Superflex consensus #1 overall and he went 9th in this room last year. If nine non-QB names come off, do not overthink it. Bye 7 — remember it when you pick QB2.

Bijan Robinson SMASH 377 blend · +192 VOR · SF#11
RB · ATL · bye 11

Only falls on a QB run. CBS's 401 is the highest projection of any player from any source. If he or Gibbs is here at 10, it's free money.

Jahmyr Gibbs SMASH 377 blend · +192 VOR · SF#9
RB · DET · bye 6

377 blend, both sources in love (365/389). Same logic as Bijan — take the slide and sprint.

De'Von Achane DRAFT 306 blend · +121 VOR · SF#36
RB · MIA · bye 6 PO ✓

The realistic pick. Top-9 RB in both sources and full PPR is his superpower — 70+ catches is a 70-point head start. MIA bye 6.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba DRAFT 334 blend · +130 VOR · SF#12
WR · SEA · bye 11 PO ✗

334 blend after a 360-point 2025 that ESPN undershot by 119. Elite target share; the WR pick if Achane's gone.

Amon-Ra St. Brown DRAFT 321 blend · +118 VOR · SF#13
WR · DET · bye 6

321 blend, the safest floor in football — 110+ catches four straight years. DET bye 6 stacks with a lot of your likely mid-round targets, mind the week.

Justin Jefferson OK 277 blend · +73 VOR · SF#19
WR · MIN · bye 6 PO ✓

Still great, but CBS cooled to 260 (new MIN QB situation) and the blend (277) is a full tier below JSN/ASB. Take him only if the top nine breaks perfectly wrong.

Ashton Jeanty CAUTION 285 blend · +100 VOR · SF#28
RB · LV · bye 13

285 blend is Tier-2 money at a Tier-1 price. Fine value at 15; a small reach at 10 when Achane/JSN are likely on the board.

R2 PICK #15 The QB round — walk away with an elite one

Nineteen picks pass before you choose again (#34). Last year 3 QBs were gone by pick 14. If you took Allen at 10, this is best-RB-available instead.

Lamar Jackson DRAFT 319 blend · +60 VOR · SF#2
QB · BAL · bye 13

319 blend, superflex consensus #2. The 0.1/rush-yd scoring adds ~64 points to his passing line — his floor is other QBs' ceiling. 2025's 215 was injury-shortened; both sources project the bounce-back.

Jalen Hurts DRAFT 318 blend · +59 VOR · SF#6
QB · PHI · bye 10 PO ✗

318 blend and the tush-push cheat code — rush TDs count 6 in this league and he's averaged 12 a year. PHI bye 10.

Jayden Daniels DRAFT 318 blend · +59 VOR · SF#5
QB · WSH · bye 7 PO ✗

318 blend. Yes, 2025 was a disaster (114 actual) — that's exactly why he might still be here. Both sources project full recovery. Bye 7: fine alone, awkward if you took Allen.

Drake Maye DRAFT 313 blend · +54 VOR · SF#3
QB · NE · bye 11 PO ✗

313 blend, consensus #3, and he just gained A.J. Brown. The safest of the second-tier QBs. NE bye 11.

Chase Brown DRAFT 287 blend · +102 VOR · SF#27
RB · CIN · bye 6

If a QB doesn't make sense (you have Allen), Brown is the board's biggest RB gap: both sources top-8 RB (272/302), market ranks him 27th. CIN bye 6.

Derrick Henry OK 282 blend · +96 VOR · SF#54
RB · BAL · bye 13

282 blend says yes; age-32 RB cliff says get him a round later — consensus has him sliding to ~54. Only here if the RB run already started.

Trey McBride CAUTION 257 blend · +83 VOR · SF#32
TE · ARI · bye 14 PO ✓

257 blend and CBS says 271 — a genuine weapon. But spending pick 15 on TE while QBs fly off usually means chasing QB2 value the rest of the night. Only if you took Allen AND both Lamar/Hurts are gone.

R3 PICK #34 QB2 or the value that falls

Roughly 9-10 QBs went by pick 34 last year. Your 34/39 turn should produce a second QB plus the best faller. Check who slid — this is where source disagreements pay.

Joe Burrow DRAFT 302 blend · +43 VOR · SF#4
QB · CIN · bye 6

302 blend, superflex #4 — he only reaches 34 because of the 2025 injury (134 actual). When healthy: 330+ under this scoring. CIN bye 6.

Jaxson Dart DRAFT 305 blend · +46 VOR · SF#24
QB · NYG · bye 8 PO ✓

All three reads land 302-308 — remarkable agreement for a 2nd-year QB. Consensus #24 means the room may let him reach you. Massive OP-slot value.

Derrick Henry SMASH 282 blend · +96 VOR · SF#54
RB · BAL · bye 13

If he's here (market says pick ~54 is his real cost), 282 blended points in round 3 wins drafts.

A.J. Brown DRAFT 262 blend · +58 VOR · SF#25
WR · NE · bye 11 PO ✗

262 blend, CBS 275. New NE offense with Maye — natural stack if you took Maye at 15.

George Pickens VALUE 266 blend · +62 VOR · SF#34
WR · DAL · bye 14

266 blend but the sources scream: CBS 293 vs ESPN 239. CBS saw his 292-point 2025 coming; DAL passing volume is real. Buy.

Chris Olave VALUE 263 blend · +60 VOR · SF#35
WR · NO · bye 8 PO ✓

263 blend, CBS +37. Quietly a consensus top-12 WR and your room will price him like a WR2.

Breece Hall OK 261 blend · +75 VOR · SF#58
RB · NYJ · bye 13

261 blend, but the sources disagree in the wrong direction (ESPN 273 / CBS 248) and NYJ volume is the question. Fine, not exciting.

Malik Nabers CAUTION 243 blend · +39 VOR · SF#44
WR · NYG · bye 8 PO ✓

243 blend — both sources see target competition now. His name costs more than his projection. Let someone else pay 2024's price.

R4 PICK #39 Lock QB2, add a falling WR

Leave this turn with two startable QBs — that is the whole tournament in this format. Pair with the best WR the room ignored.

Dak Prescott DRAFT 299 blend · +40 VOR · SF#16
QB · DAL · bye 14

299 blend and he's CBS's QB3 (311). The market prices him QB13 (SF#16 in consensus, later in most rooms). One warning: DAL bye 14 — the week before your playoffs.

Trevor Lawrence DRAFT 299 blend · +40 VOR · SF#17
QB · JAX · bye 7

299 blend, CBS 311. Genuinely underpriced. Bye 7 — do NOT pair with Allen or Daniels as your other QB, or you forfeit the OP slot that week.

Bo Nix DRAFT 285 blend · +26 VOR · SF#23
QB · DEN · bye 10

285 blend, rushing upside, DEN bye 10. The safe pairing with any QB1.

Matthew Stafford OK 288 blend · +29 VOR · SF#33
QB · LAR · bye 11

288 blend but pure pocket profile (no rush points) and age. Fine as QB2, better as a QB3 later if he slides.

Drake London SMASH 299 blend · +96 VOR · SF#22
WR · ATL · bye 11

If the ESPN-readers in your room let him fall (ESPN has him 270), CBS's 328 says he's a top-5 WR. 299 blend at pick 39 would be a heist.

Zay Flowers OK 249 blend · +46 VOR · SF#46
WR · BAL · bye 13

249 blend, BAL bye 13. Solid WR2 — Lamar stack if you grabbed him.

DeVonta Smith OK 240 blend · +37 VOR · SF#39
WR · PHI · bye 10 PO ✗

240 blend, steady 220-240 every year. The floor play.

Javonte Williams CAUTION 236 blend · +51 VOR · SF#63
RB · DAL · bye 14

236 blend hides a big split — ESPN 259 assumes his 2025 workload repeats, CBS 214 doesn't. DAL added no one, so he might. Pay round-5 price, not round-4.

R5 PICK #58 WR depth while the room chases RBs

WR is the deepest pool in rounds 5-8; RB falls off a cliff. Resist the run — with 2 QBs banked, take receptions.

Emeka Egbuka DRAFT 231 blend · +28 VOR · SF#53
WR · TB · bye 10 PO ✗

231 blend and both sources agree within 3 points. Rock-solid sophomore target share in TB. Bye 10.

Tee Higgins DRAFT 231 blend · +28 VOR · SF#50
WR · CIN · bye 6

231 blend. If you have Burrow, this stack doubles your good weeks. CIN bye 6.

Ladd McConkey DRAFT 227 blend · +24 VOR · SF#52
WR · LAC · bye 7 PO ✓

227 blend — PPR-perfect slot profile. LAC bye 7, same as Herbert if he's your QB3 target.

Kyren Williams OK 238 blend · +53 VOR · SF#60
RB · LAR · bye 11

238 blend, RB17 — the last every-down back standing this round most likely. Take him over a 4th WR if your RB room is thin.

Colston Loveland VALUE 221 blend · +47 VOR · SF#55
TE · CHI · bye 10

221 blend, CBS 235 — a third source-backed elite TE at a fraction of McBride's cost. Locks the position.

Terry McLaurin OK 218 blend · +14 VOR · SF#62
WR · WSH · bye 7 PO ✗

218 blend but turning 31 with a bye-7 conflict alert. Fine floor, fading ceiling.

Quinshon Judkins CAUTION 218 blend · +32 VOR · SF#80
RB · CLE · bye 11 PO ✓

218 blend, mild split. CLE offense caps him. Volume is real; efficiency isn't.

Jeremiyah Love CAUTION 256 blend · +70 VOR · SF#56
RB · ARI · bye 14 PO ✓

256 blend looks great but it's ESPN-driven (279 vs 232) and he's a rookie in a committee. The market (SF#56) prices him right about here — only take at the back of the round.

R6 PICK #63 Double-tap: best WR/RB on the board

Your 58/63 turn should net two starters. Watch bye stacking — you already own 4-5 players; don't let week 6 or 7 become a forfeit.

Travis Etienne Jr. OK 236 blend · +50 VOR · SF#67
RB · NO · bye 8 PO ✓

236 blend in NO with real volume. Boring, playable RB2/FLEX.

D'Andre Swift OK 226 blend · +40 VOR · SF#79
RB · CHI · bye 10

226 blend, CHI bye 10. Reception floor keeps him relevant in PPR.

Rome Odunze OK 218 blend · +14 VOR · SF#78
WR · CHI · bye 10

218 blend, both sources within 10. Year-3 leap candidate in a pass-first CHI offense.

Jameson Williams OK 216 blend · +12 VOR · SF#75
WR · DET · bye 6

216 blend. Big-play dependent, but DET volume keeps the floor acceptable. Bye 6.

Mike Evans VALUE 203 blend · +-0 VOR · SF#72
WR · SF · bye 8 PO ✗

203 blend, and CBS (+40) has literally never been wrong about Evans' 1,000-yard streak. Consensus #72 — he'll likely still be here at 82, but if you love him, 63 is safe.

Jaylen Waddle OK 212 blend · +9 VOR · SF#57
WR · DEN · bye 10

212 blend in his first DEN season. Fine, some situation risk.

TreVeyon Henderson CAUTION 198 blend · +12 VOR · SF#83
RB · NE · bye 11 PO ✗

198 blend, split sources, committee risk in NE. Someone will pay a round early for the name.

Carnell Tate CAUTION 183 blend · +-21 VOR · SF#84
WR · TEN · bye 9 PO ✓

183 blend masks the biggest rookie split on the board (ESPN 211 / CBS 154). Real upside, zero floor — this is a round-8 dart, not a round-6 pick.

R7 PICK #82 The QB3 window

This is where the OP-slot league quietly wins or loses. CBS projects four available QBs at 297-310 — numbers the market isn't paying for. Take one; injuries and byes will start two of your three all season.

Brock Purdy DRAFT 300 blend · +41 VOR · SF#20
QB · SF · bye 8 PO ✗

300 blend (CBS 308). Consensus #20 says he might be gone; in this room, ESPN-anchored managers may let him slide. Instant-click if here.

Patrick Mahomes DRAFT 297 blend · +38 VOR · SF#29
QB · KC · bye 5

297 blend. The name discount is over — which is exactly why both sources still projecting ~300 makes him a buy. KC bye 5, earliest in the league — free win later.

Justin Herbert DRAFT 290 blend · +31 VOR · SF#14
QB · LAC · bye 7 PO ✓

290 blend. Bye 7 klaxon: if your first two QBs include Allen/Daniels/Lawrence, Herbert triples the conflict. Otherwise, smash.

Caleb Williams DRAFT 296 blend · +37 VOR · SF#8
QB · CHI · bye 10

296 blend, CBS 310. Superflex consensus has him top-8, but this room drafts off ESPN — he could genuinely be here. Best pure upside of the group.

Kyle Pitts Sr. VALUE 201 blend · +28 VOR · SF#97
TE · ATL · bye 11

201 blend, CBS 217. The eternal tease is finally priced like a TE8 — the gap between that price and his target share is free.

Harold Fannin Jr. VALUE 196 blend · +22 VOR · SF#90
TE · CLE · bye 11 PO ✓

196 blend after a 186-point rookie year ESPN projected at 53. Breakouts that already happened are the safest kind.

Sam LaPorta OK 194 blend · +20 VOR · SF#100
TE · DET · bye 6

194 blend. Fine, but the TE window is wide — he's fungible with the two above at lower cost.

Bucky Irving CAUTION 223 blend · +38 VOR · SF#77
RB · TB · bye 10 PO ✗

223 blend is CBS-driven (238); coming off an injury-wrecked 139-point season. If your RB room is desperate, fine — otherwise let the injury discount get deeper.

R8 PICK #87 Buy-low WRs and RB insurance

The 82/87 turn finishes your starting lineup. Target players whose 2025 disappointed but whose situation improved.

Brian Thomas Jr. VALUE 188 blend · +-15 VOR · SF#94
WR · JAX · bye 7

188 blend. 2025 was a 139-point faceplant, but CBS (200) still believes and so does the JAX target map. Classic year-3 buy-low.

Marvin Harrison Jr. OK 200 blend · +-4 VOR · SF#86
WR · ARI · bye 14 PO ✓

200 blend. The talent-vs-production debate rages; at pick 87 you're paying production price for talent upside. Acceptable.

Courtland Sutton OK 203 blend · +0 VOR · SF#102
WR · DEN · bye 10

203 blend, boring 200-220 every year. DEN bye 10.

DK Metcalf OK 194 blend · +-9 VOR · SF#93
WR · PIT · bye 9 PO ✓

194 blend in PIT. TD-dependent, fine as WR4.

Michael Pittman Jr. OK 189 blend · +-15 VOR · SF#98
WR · PIT · bye 9 PO ✓

189 blend, PPR-friendly profile, IND bye 13.

David Montgomery OK 196 blend · +10 VOR · SF#81
RB · HOU · bye 8 PO ✗

196 blend — the steadiest RB left. Goal-line role is secure.

Bhayshul Tuten CAUTION 200 blend · +15 VOR · SF#87
RB · JAX · bye 7

200 blend but ESPN-driven split (205/196 is fine, the risk is role) — JAX backfield is a timeshare until proven otherwise.

RJ Harvey VALUE 185 blend · +0 VOR · SF#110
RB · DEN · bye 10

185 blend, CBS 204. DEN backfield lead by December is the bet; round 8 is the right price for it.

R9 PICK #106 The Alec Pierce round

Round 9-10 is where this room historically drafts kickers that no longer exist in the lineup. While they burn picks, take the last real starters.

Alec Pierce SMASH 210 blend · +7 VOR · SF#107
WR · IND · bye 13 PO ✓

210 blend — both sources say WR25-30, drafted around pick 98. The single biggest price-vs-projection gap left on the board.

Jaylen Warren DRAFT 193 blend · +8 VOR · SF#91
RB · PIT · bye 9 PO ✓

193 blend, lead-back share in PIT at an RB35 price.

Jared Goff DRAFT 276 blend · +17 VOR · SF#30
QB · DET · bye 6

276 blend if you're still short at QB — a top-16 QB in round 9 only happens in ESPN-anchored rooms. Bye 6.

Baker Mayfield DRAFT 278 blend · +18 VOR · SF#43
QB · TB · bye 10 PO ✗

277 blend, same story. One of Goff/Baker/Daniel Jones should be your QB3 if the round-7 window closed.

Rhamondre Stevenson OK 184 blend · +-2 VOR · SF#99
RB · NE · bye 11 PO ✗

184 blend, reception floor, NE bye 11.

Chris Godwin Jr. VALUE 176 blend · +-27 VOR · SF#95
WR · TB · bye 10 PO ✗

176 blend, CBS +37. Two years removed from elite, priced like a WR5, slot volume never left.

Christian Watson CAUTION 192 blend · +-12 VOR · SF#74
WR · GB · bye 11 PO ✗

192 blend but ESPN-driven; GB rotates receivers like line changes. Boom-bust WR5.

R10 PICK #111 RB insurance + TE if you waited

Depth round: chase volume paths, not names. If you still need a TE2 or your TE1 is shaky, this is the last good window.

Rico Dowdle DRAFT 188 blend · +3 VOR · SF#106
RB · PIT · bye 9 PO ✓

188 blend after a 216-point 2025 nobody projected. Lead role, boring, effective.

Chuba Hubbard OK 184 blend · +-2 VOR · SF#104
RB · CAR · bye 5 PO ✗

184 blend, CAR bye 5 — earliest bye means no playoff-stretch conflict.

George Kittle VALUE 188 blend · +14 VOR · SF#119
TE · SF · bye 8 PO ✗

188 blend at a TE9 price — the room always forgets him by round 10.

Dallas Goedert VALUE 191 blend · +18 VOR · SF#133
TE · PHI · bye 10 PO ✗

191 blend, quietly TE5 in both sources.

Tucker Kraft OK 185 blend · +11 VOR · SF#89
TE · GB · bye 11 PO ✗

185 blend, ascending role in GB.

Matthew Golden OK 186 blend · +-18 VOR · SF#142
WR · GB · bye 11 PO ✗

186 blend, GB rookie with first-round draft capital. WR5 with a path.

Xavier Worthy CAUTION 167 blend · +-36 VOR · SF#137
WR · KC · bye 5

167 blend — speed is not a stat in full PPR. Needs the KC target tree to shift.

Travis Kelce CAUTION 186 blend · +13 VOR · SF#111
TE · KC · bye 5

186 blend says one more year; age-37 cliff risk says don't pay for the name. Only as TE2.

R11 PICK #130 Late QB gold + RB handcuffs

This room lets startable QBs rot — last year 260+ point seasons went undrafted here. One of these names makes your OP slot elite for free.

Daniel Jones SMASH 274 blend · +15 VOR · SF#76
QB · IND · bye 13 PO ✓

274 blend (CBS 281) at an ADP of 160. IND kept him for a reason. If he's here, your QB3 problem is solved for nothing.

Tyler Shough DRAFT 271 blend · +12 VOR · SF#51
QB · NO · bye 8 PO ✓

271 blend, NO starter, universally ~270 across sources.

Malik Willis VALUE 261 blend · +2 VOR · SF#59
QB · MIA · bye 6 PO ✓

262 blend but CBS says 285 — if the MIA situation holds, that's a QB12 season at pick 130. Volatile, worth a bench slot in a 2-QB build.

Jordan Love DRAFT 259 blend · +0 VOR · SF#48
QB · GB · bye 11 PO ✗

259 blend, GB bye 11. The floor pick of the late-QB group.

Aaron Jones Sr. DRAFT 175 blend · +-10 VOR · SF#126
RB · MIN · bye 6 PO ✓

175 blend at RB — still catching passes in MIN; RB30 output at an RB45 price.

Kyle Monangai OK 167 blend · +-18 VOR · SF#118
RB · CHI · bye 10

167 blend, CHI committee share with goal-line looks.

Mark Andrews OK 167 blend · +-7 VOR · SF#136
TE · BAL · bye 13

167 blend. Fading, but a fine TE2 with red-zone gravity.

R12 PICK #135 Best remaining starter

The 130/135 turn is your last chance at players with weekly-starter projections. After this, it's all darts.

Jayden Reed OK 173 blend · +-30 VOR · SF#123
WR · GB · bye 11 PO ✗

173 blend, GB slot role. PPR floor when healthy.

Khalil Shakir OK 163 blend · +-41 VOR · SF#131
WR · BUF · bye 7 PO ✗

168 blend, Allen's security blanket — mini-stack if you have him.

Deebo Samuel Sr. OK 174 blend · +-29 VOR · SF#148
WR · SF · bye 8 PO ✗

175 blend in his age-30 season. Name discount finally matches projection.

Isaiah Likely VALUE 176 blend · +3 VOR · SF#128
TE · NYG · bye 8 PO ✓

177 blend, CBS 197 — TE1 upside if anything happens to Andrews' role. One of the best TE2 bets.

Jake Ferguson OK 173 blend · +0 VOR · SF#125
TE · DAL · bye 14

173 blend, Dak's checkdown — but DAL bye 14 stacks badly with Dak.

Stefon Diggs OK 166 blend · +-38 VOR · SF#130
WR · WSH · bye 7 PO ✗

166 blend. Aging but targets follow him around the league.

Quentin Johnston VALUE 177 blend · +-26 VOR · SF#114
WR · LAC · bye 7 PO ✓

177 blend, CBS 189 — post-hype year 4, the projection finally matches the flashes.

R13 PICK #154 Upside darts only

From here, draft ceilings, not floors. A hit here is a league-winner; a miss costs nothing.

Jordan Love SMASH 259 blend · +0 VOR · SF#48
QB · GB · bye 11 PO ✗

If he somehow lasted to 154, stop reading and click.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt OK 149 blend · +-37 VOR · SF#129
RB · WSH · bye 7 PO ✗

149 blend, WSH backfield is winnable. The kind of ambiguity you want this late.

KC Concepcion OK 164 blend · +-39 VOR · SF#139
WR · CLE · bye 11 PO ✓

164 blend, rookie slot receiver with immediate snaps projected.

Blake Corum OK 143 blend · +-43 VOR · SF#124
RB · LAR · bye 11

143 blend — one Kyren injury from RB2 volume.

Round 14 is for lottery tickets attached to offenses you already own pieces of.

Jayden Higgins OK 146 blend · +-57 VOR · SF#134

R15 PICK #178 Final flier — and the golden rule

Last pick: take a swing. And say it with us one more time: NO KICKERS, NO DEFENSES — they cannot enter your starting lineup this season. Anyone who drafts one hands you a free player.

Justice Hill OK 116 blend · +-70 VOR · SF#220

136 blend — the most reliable break-glass RB in football.

Tre' Harris CAUTION 90 blend · +-114 VOR · SF#172

2nd-year LAC receiver — the upside case exists but 89-point projections don't win leagues. Only over the names above if you're chasing pure ceiling.

Do-not-draft list

Both sources project these at or near zero for 2026 — injury, benching, or free-agency limbo: James Conner, Brandon Aiyuk, Anthony Richardson, J.J. McCarthy, Kirk Cousins, Keon Coleman, Justin Fields, Tua Tagovailoa, Michael Penix Jr. — and remember: no kickers, no defenses.
